Three 187ml bottles — Commandaria, Maratheftiko, and Xynisteri — with individual tasting cards explaining grape variety, terroir, and food pairings. A self-guided education in Cypriot wine without the commitment of three full bottles. The cards are written by the winemaker, whose family has been in these vineyards for five generations.
